Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of getbrickcapital.com (the “Site”) and the loan brokerage services provided by Get Brick Capital (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing the Site, submitting a scenario, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
What We Do
Get Brick Capital is a mortgage loan brokerage that matches real estate investors seeking DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) loans to capital partners that fund them. We are not a direct lender. We do not lend our own capital. The capital partner that ultimately funds your loan is the lender of record.
Our role is to qualify your scenario, present it to the right capital partner, negotiate terms on your behalf, coordinate documentation, and shepherd the loan through closing.
No Guarantee of Loan Approval
Submitting a scenario does not guarantee loan approval, specific terms, or any particular interest rate. Final approval, rates, and terms depend on the capital partner's underwriting decision based on the property, your credit, the appraisal, and other factors outside our control. Quotes provided before underwriting are estimates and may change.
Processing Fee
A non-refundable processing fee of $299 may be charged after you accept loan terms and authorize us to begin processing your file. This fee covers credit pull costs and the work our processing team performs to prepare your loan for the capital partner. The fee is not charged to submit a scenario or to receive an initial quote — only after you affirmatively accept terms and instruct us to proceed.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for real estate investors purchasing or refinancing investment properties. We do not finance owner-occupied primary residences or consumer-purpose loans. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use our services.
We currently operate in 46 U.S. states. We do not currently fund loans in North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, or Utah.
Information You Provide
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting a scenario or supporting documentation. Misrepresenting information about a property, its income, your credit, or the intended use of the loan may result in denial, rescission, or referral to law enforcement. Mortgage fraud is a federal crime.
Communications
By submitting a scenario, you agree to receive communications from us about your loan via text message, email, and other electronic means. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time; opting out of transactional communications about an active loan may delay or prevent your loan from closing.
No Investment, Tax, or Legal Advice
Information on the Site, including blog posts, the DSCR calculator, and educational content, is for general information only. Nothing on the Site constitutes investment, tax, or legal advice. Consult your own qualified advisors before making investment or financing decisions.
Calculator Disclaimer
Our DSCR loan calculator provides estimates based on the inputs you provide. Actual qualification, loan amount, and rates depend on the capital partner's underwriting and the appraised value and rent of the specific property. Calculator output is not a loan offer or commitment.
Intellectual Property
The Site, including text, graphics, logos, calculators, and software, is owned by Get Brick Capital or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Disclaimers
The Site and our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Brick Capital and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or our services will not exceed the fees you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
