Our Commitment
Get Brick Capital is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We believe a real estate investor should be able to qualify for a DSCR loan whether they are using a screen reader, keyboard navigation, voice control, or any other tool that helps them interact with the web.
Standards We Aim For
We design and build getbrickcapital.com with the goal of conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. This includes:
- Sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds
- Keyboard navigation throughout interactive elements
- Descriptive alt text on meaningful images
- Semantic HTML so screen readers can interpret structure correctly
- Form labels and error messaging for the scenario intake
- Skip-to-content patterns where appropriate
- A text-and-email-first process so investors who cannot or prefer not to use phone calls are first-class users
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We test the site as we make changes and fix issues as we find them. If you encounter a barrier on the site — something you can't reach, can't read, or can't use with your assistive technology — we want to know about it.
Reporting an Accessibility Barrier
If you experience any difficulty using our website, please contact us through our about page. When you report an issue, please describe the page URL, the problem you encountered, and the assistive technology and browser you were using. We will respond and work to resolve the issue as soon as we can.
If you need to submit a loan scenario but cannot use the standard intake form, contact us and we will work with you to capture your scenario in another way.
Third-Party Content
Some parts of our site rely on third-party services — for example, our scenario intake form is hosted by Jotform. We choose vendors with accessibility in mind, but their products are outside our direct control. If you encounter an accessibility issue on a third-party form, calculator, or embedded tool, let us know and we will work with the vendor or find a workaround.
