Who We Are
Get Brick Capital is a DSCR-only mortgage brokerage operating across 46 U.S. states. We help real estate investors qualify for loans against the rental income of their investment properties. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information about people who interact with our website, submit scenarios through our intake form, or otherwise communicate with us.
Our address is 4120 Thornton Pkwy, Ste D1, Fayetteville, TN 37334. You can reach us through the contact methods on our about page.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Scenario intake. When you submit a loan scenario through our intake form, we collect information about you and the property: your name, email, phone number, the property address, purchase price or current value, estimated rent, requested loan amount, credit score range, and similar deal details.
- Loan processing data. If you accept terms and proceed with a loan, we collect the additional information our capital partners require to underwrite and close: date of birth, Social Security number (for credit pull authorization), entity formation documents, bank statements, rent rolls or leases when applicable, and insurance documentation.
- Communications. Text messages, emails, and other correspondence between you and our team. We do not record phone calls — our process is text-and-email-first.
- Website usage data. When you visit our website, we collect standard log information (IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, time on site) and may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics.
How We Use Your Information
- To qualify your scenario and quote loan terms within 24 hours of submission
- To match your scenario to the right capital partner and prepare documentation
- To pull credit reports (with your authorization) once you accept terms
- To process and close your loan, including coordinating with title, appraisal, and insurance vendors
- To communicate with you about your active scenario or follow-up loans
- To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests
- To prevent fraud, protect against misuse, and enforce our terms
- To improve our website and services
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising purposes.
Third Parties We Share Information With
To deliver our service, we share information with these categories of vendors:
- Capital partners (lenders). The lender that ultimately funds your loan receives the deal file and supporting documentation needed to underwrite and close.
- Credit reporting agencies. We pull credit through standard tri-merge providers once you authorize a credit check.
- Title, appraisal, and insurance vendors. Standard real estate transaction parties needed to close a mortgage.
- Form and software providers. Our intake form is hosted by Jotform. Our website is hosted on Vercel. Email and text communication may flow through standard business messaging providers.
- Legal and regulatory. When required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
Each capital partner and vendor handles your information under their own privacy practices. We choose vendors that meet industry-standard data protection requirements but cannot guarantee their practices.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the methods on our about page.
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete that information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
Data Retention
We retain scenario intake information for as long as the scenario is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support follow-up loans, regulatory record-keeping obligations, and routine business operations. Loan files we participate in closing are retained for the periods required by applicable mortgage regulations.
Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are intended for adults engaged in real estate investment. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
