Brick by Brick Capital was founded in 2002 and is based solely on providing loans for investment properties.
The loans provided give many routes for starting, and scaling real estate investment portfolios, and include: DSCR loans for purchase, DSCR loans for cash-out refinance, and renovation loans. The process is easy and smooth, just fill out a questionnaire to receive a pre-approval letter and rate quote.
Once you accept the loan terms, then fill out the formal application to get started. You’ll upload the requested documents, we will order the 3rd party documents. Once we have a full loan package, it’ll be submitted to the underwriter for conditions and final sign off. Your loan should take around 4 weeks to close.

About Bridget Brick
Bridget Brick worked in the mortgage industry all 4 years while at University. A few years after graduation, she began a career in the tech industry, which led to a project with the New Zealand Trade & Enterprise office. It was there that she authored a playbook later used as the basis for her consulting agency, as a COO on-demand for tech companies. She was a top speaker at San Diego Startup Week, and led the seed round of funding for a new startup which landed them in 5th place out of 230 participants. Later that year she was named one of San Diego’s 40 Under 40.
In 2020 she had a spiritual awakening that led her to realize her heart wasn't in the tech industry. Not long after quitting her career, she found herself back in the mortgage industry doing a project for a mortgage brokerage. After gaining an understanding of this side of the industry, diving into the lending needs of real estate investors, and finding capital partners that could service their needs, she launched Brick by Brick Capital in the summer of 2022. She was immediately well-received in the industry and gained many clients and referral partnerships helping coaches and agents with lending recommendations for their mentees and borrowers.
